Obverse description The national coat of arms of Lithuania (Vytis) occupies the central field, depicting an armoured knight on horseback in dynamic rightward motion. Two design varieties are known: Type A, in which the left background hoof is aligned horizontally and the lettering is flat; and Type B, in which the left background hoof is aligned diagonally and the lettering is struck with greater definition. The legend LIETUVA arcs along the upper periphery, with the mint year positioned below to the left of the device.

Reverse description The numeral '20' is prominently rendered in large characters dominating the upper portion of the field. Immediately below the numeral, a horizontal decorative band composed of a repeating chevron or arrow-head motif — stylistically evoking a traditional Lithuanian fir-tree pattern — extends across the width of the field. The denomination legend CENTŲ is inscribed in upright Latin characters beneath the ornamental band, near the lower periphery.
