| 正面描述 | Dark blue intaglio print on a light gray guilloche underprint. The left side carries the Lithuanian state coat of arms — the Vytis, an armored knight on horseback — within a shield vignette, flanked by ornamental scrollwork. The denomination is expressed in large numerals and text in the centre, with the issuing authority, place, and date of issue inscribed below, above two manuscript signatures and the series designation in a cartouche. |

| 备注 |
Lithuania's 1922 small-denomination issues were produced during the bank's first full year of operation following the litas system's establishment. The 20 Centų belongs to the founding series, when the newly independent state was still contracting out all its printing work to German firms — W. Hagelberg in Berlin handled the lithography for these lower values, a cheaper process than intaglio and appropriate for denominations unlikely to circulate at high value for long.
Lithographed notes from this period are noticeably more vulnerable to wear than engraved contemporaries, and survivors in clean condition are harder to locate than the catalogue frequency suggests.
