| 备注 |
The Central Negros Sector guerrilla notes of 1944 were produced under the broader U.S. Forces in the Philippines emergency currency program, which authorized local commanders to issue scrip to support resistance operations against Japanese occupation. Central Negros was one of the more active guerrilla zones on Negros Occidental, and locally-produced currency helped sustain supply networks and pay irregular forces without relying on Japanese-issued military pesos, which many Filipinos refused on principle or accepted only under duress.
Printing resources on occupied Negros were severely limited. These notes were produced on whatever paper stock was available, and quality varies considerably across surviving examples — not as a grading concern, but as a direct artifact of wartime improvisation.
