Three facsimile signatures with official titles — Provincial Auditor, Provincial Treasurer, and Provincial Fiscal — are arranged at foot under the 'Leyte Emergency Currency Board' imprint. A red handstamp cancellation is applied diagonally across the centre of the note. |
