| Obverse description | Plain paper ground with a simple typeset layout framed by a thin border; denomination numerals '20' appear in each corner within small circular vignettes. Central text block states the note is issued by the Leyte Provincial Board by authority of the President of the Philippines, with the value rendered in large letterpress type as 'CENT 20 AVOS'.
