Beschrijving voorzijde	Letterpress-printed note with a decorative border of geometric and floral cornerpiece motifs. The municipal seal of Macrohon is centred at the top, flanked by the issuing authority inscription. At lower left, a large circular violet overprint reads 'TWENTY CENTAVOS', while a manuscript signature appears at centre-bottom above the designation 'MPL. TREASURER'.
Opschrift voorzijde	THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT MACROHON LEYTE WILL PAY THE BEARER ON DEMAND TWENTY CENTAVOS
Beschrijving keerzijde	Letterpress-printed reverse with a simple repeating zigzag and dot border. The denomination '20' is set in large numerals at centre, flanked by the text 'CENT' and 'AVOS'. A handwritten serial number in red ink appears at lower left preceded by 'No.', with manuscript signatures of the Mayor and Auditor below their respective designations, the latter countersigned.
