Obverse description	The obverse is printed in dark brown on a yellowish paper ground. At left, a classical female vignette in profile wearing a winged helmet is set against an ornate lathe-work background. The upper portion carries the inscriptions ESTADO SOBERANO DEL CAUCA and BANCO DE ESTADO within a banner. The denomination VEINTE CENTAVOS appears in bold letterpress across the centre, with the serial number at right, the place and date of issue Popayán 20 de Enero de 1886 in script, and lines for the signatures of the Secretario de Hacienda, the Gerente, and the Inspector below.
