Obverse description	Black intaglio on white paper. Central vignette presents a panoramic townscape of Cobija with mountains behind; lower left carries a male portrait bust in profile, lower right a seated female allegorical figure with a globe. Denomination numeral "20" appears in lathe-work ovals at upper corners, with ornate guilloche border throughout.

Reverse description	Printed in golden-brown on white paper entirely in lathe-work guilloche. A large central oval cartouche carries the three-line inscription; flanking ovals at left and right each bear the numeral "20". The whole composition is enclosed within an elaborate scalloped border of interlocking engine-turned rosettes and geometric latticework.
