Popis rubu	The reverse presents a left-facing bareheaded portrait bust of Simón Bolívar, the Liberator, rendered in neoclassical style after the original design by Jean-Jacques Barre. The hair is depicted in short, naturalistically modeled curls typical of early 19th-century portraiture. The legend 'BOLÍVAR' arcs along the left periphery and 'LIBERTADOR' along the right, both following the contour of the coin's decagonal inner facets. The engraver's name 'BARRE' is inscribed in small letters at the base of the portrait, and a small mint mark square appears at lower left of the field.
