Beschrijving voorzijde	Intaglio portrait vignette of independence heroine Luisa Cáceres de Arismendi at centre, rendered in dark blue-violet on a rose-pink guilloche underprint with floral watermark ghost patterns; the large numeral "20" and the denomination legend "VEINTE BOLÍVARES" appear at upper left alongside the issue date and payability clause, with two manuscript signatures above the titles PRESIDENTE BCV and PRIMER VICEPRESIDENTE BCV.
