Obverse description The Polish state eagle displayed at center, with wings spread, crowned head facing right, and a shield bearing the Piast dynasty emblem on its breast, rendered in high relief. The circular legend RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA arcs around the upper periphery. The date 1993 appears in the lower left field, flanked by the mint mark MW, with the denomination ZŁ 20000 ZŁ inscribed in bold across the lower portion of the field.

Reverse description Three-quarter facing bust of King Kazimierz IV Jagiellończyk (Casimir IV Jagiellon), depicted wearing a fur-trimmed robe and an ornate crown, rendered in detailed relief against a plain field. The inscription KAZIMIERZ IV JAGIELLOŃCZYK arcs around the left and lower periphery, while the regnal dates 1447–1492 appear in the upper right field. The word PRÓBA (trial/proof) is inscribed to the right, identifying this as a pattern or trial strike.
