Obverse description	Central vignette presents an intaglio-printed view of the Rumyantsaŭ-Paskievich Palace in Homel, a neoclassical estate rendered against a fine guilloche underprint in olive and gold tones. The denomination numeral '20000' appears in large letterpress at upper left, with a matching value panel at upper right enclosed in an ornate frame bearing the НРБР monogram. The issuing authority inscription runs along the top margin, and the denomination in full Belarusian text occupies the lower register.
