| Obverse description | Green and dark brown Notgeld printed in a typographic letterpress style on plain paper. The face is enclosed within an ornate dark brown guilloche border of repeating foliate motifs, with the issuer's name in Gothic Fraktur script at the top and the denomination 'Zwanzigtausend Mark' rendered in large bold blackletter type at centre. Series letter, serial number, place and date of issue, validity clause, and two manuscript signatures above the legend 'Das Direktorium' appear in the lower half. |
