Paraguay contracted two separate foreign security printers for this note — Casa de Moneda de Chile and the Polish Security Printing Works — a dual-source arrangement that almost certainly reflects supply flexibility rather than any single printer's capacity constraint. The two outputs are functionally identical to the casual eye, but specialists have documented minor tonal and registration differences between the Chilean and Polish printings that allow attribution with reasonable confidence.
The security package is modest for the denomination: watermark and thread only, with no optically variable ink or color-shifting elements.
