| Obverse description | The obverse design is divided into two distinct zones. The left half features a polished mirror field bearing the curved legend MAGYARORSZÁG along the upper arc, the denomination 20000 FORINT arranged vertically in the center, and the mint mark BP. with the year 2025 below. The right half depicts a finely detailed rendering of a decorative hardcover book, showing both the ornate spine — inscribed JÓKAI MÓR ÖSSZES MŰVEI and AZ ARANY EMBER — and the elaborately engraved front cover adorned with interlacing floral and geometric motifs in a historicist style, with a central monogram medallion. The contrast between the mirror field and the intricately textured book design creates a striking visual composition. |

| Reverse description | The reverse presents a three-quarter portrait of the celebrated Hungarian novelist Mór Jókai (1825–1904), depicted seated at a writing desk with his right hand resting upon it, wearing a double-breasted frock coat. His full beard and distinguished bearing are rendered with fine sculptural detail. To the upper left of the portrait, the dates 1825–1904 appear in the field, accompanied below by a facsimile of Jókai's cursive autograph signature. An ornate carved chair back is visible to the right of the figure, and a designer's mark appears at the lower left. The composition fills the entire flan in a naturalistic, portrait-medal style. |
