| Obverse description | Green on light multicolored guilloche underprint. The upper portion bears the bank title BANK POLSKI in large serif letters flanked by numeral 2 counters at each corner, with the denomination DWA ZŁOTE in large capitals centered below. Date inscription WARSZAWA DNIA 15 SIERPNIA 1939 R. appears in the central field, beneath which are three signature lines for PREZES, NACZELNY DYREKTOR, and GŁÓWNY SKARBNIK. A large decorative numeral 2 occupies the lower right, with serial number in black at the foot. |
