Reverse description A three-quarter-facing portrait bust of King Władysław IV Waza dominates the field, depicted wearing a broad-brimmed feathered hat and an elaborately decorated fur-trimmed cloak with a lace collar, rendered in a Baroque artistic style evoking 17th-century royal portraiture. The legend WŁADYSŁAW IV WAZA arcs along the upper right periphery in two lines. The regnal dates 1632-1648, denoting his reign as King of Poland, are inscribed in the lower field beneath the portrait.
