Obverse description The Polish state eagle, crowned and displayed, occupies the central field, rendered in fine relief against a smooth background. The date of issue, 2010, is divided by the eagle's talons in the lower field, with '20' to the left and '10' to the right. The denomination '2' is prominently inscribed in the lower centre, flanked by the currency abbreviation 'ZŁ' on either side. The circular legend 'RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA' arcs around the upper periphery in Latin characters. A dotted decorative border frames the entire design.
