Reverse description The reverse presents a left-facing bust portrait of Stanisław August Poniatowski, the last King of Poland, depicted in 18th-century aristocratic attire with a powdered wig and elaborate cravat, rendered in refined low relief. The legend 'STANISŁAW AUGUST PONIATOWSKI' curves along the upper periphery. To the right of the portrait, a facsimile inscription in script lettering reads '3. Maja. Roku 1791.' — a reference to the Constitution of 3 May 1791 enacted during his reign. At the base of the field, the regnal dates '1764–1795' are inscribed in upright roman numerals, denoting the years of his rule.
