| Obverse description | The obverse features the Polish state emblem — a crowned white eagle displayed — rendered in high relief at the centre of the field. The circular legend 'RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA' arcs along the upper periphery, flanked by decorative dot groups. The date '2005' is divided on either side of the eagle's lower body, with '20' to the left and '05' to the right, each flanked by dot ornaments. Below the eagle, the denomination '2' appears in large numerals, with the currency abbreviation 'ZŁ' inscribed to both the left and right. The mint mark 'MW' of the Mint of Poland is incorporated discreetly into the design. |
