Reverse description The central motif depicts the iconic clock tower of Poznań's Town Hall rendered in fine architectural detail, rising above a square base and surmounted by a small eagle finial at its apex. Superimposed behind the tower is a large circular clock face bearing Roman numerals, its hands visible in the field. Flanking the composition symmetrically to the left and right are the heads of two billy goats in high relief — a direct allusion to the famous mechanical goats of Poznań's Town Hall clock, an emblematic symbol of the city. The upper legend reads 750-LECIE, and the lower legend reads LOKACJI POZNANIA, together commemorating the 750th anniversary of the city's civic charter.
