| 背面描述 | At center, a heraldic shield bearing the coat of arms of Pomorskie Voivodeship — a golden griffin passant rampant to the left on a dark field — is rendered in high relief. The textured field surrounding the shield gives a granular appearance. The circular legend WOJEWÓDZTWO arcs along the upper rim and POMORSKIE along the lower rim, framing the central armorial device. |

The Pomorskie Voivodeship coin is one entry in NBP's long-running Nordic gold series documenting Poland's administrative regions, a program that began in 2004 and methodically worked through all sixteen voivodeships. Pomorskie — Pomerania — is a region whose borders were redrawn dramatically after 1945, when the expulsion of the German population and the westward shift of Poland's entire territory folded formerly German Danzig and its surroundings into the new Polish state.
Nordic gold, the copper-aluminum-zinc-tin alloy developed by Nordic Mints in the 1990s, was chosen across this series for its resistance to wear and its consistent striking behavior at relatively low production cost.
