| 表面の説明 | At center, the Polish state eagle displayed with spread wings and a royal crown above its head, rendered in high relief against a plain field. The eagle's detailed feathering and strong talons are characteristic of the interwar Polish heraldic style. Encircling the upper portion of the coin, the legend RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA arcs along the rim, while the denomination 2 ZŁOTE appears in large numerals and lettering across the lower field. The mint mark and year of issue appear below the eagle's breast. |

Poland's interwar silver fractional coinage was produced under acute fiscal pressure — the Great Depression hit the Second Polish Republic hard, forcing successive austerity budgets and a tight rein on silver content relative to prewar standards. The .750 fineness reflects deliberate policy rather than oversight. Mintage figures varied sharply across the three-year run, with 1932 issues struck in far greater numbers than later dates, making the 1934 pieces meaningfully scarcer in any grade.
The series was suspended as Poland's monetary reserves deteriorated further into the mid-1930s.
