Reverse description The reverse presents a detailed engraved view of the Piast Castle (Zamek Piastowski) in Legnica, depicted from a three-quarter perspective and occupying the central and lower field. The multi-storey baroque palace facade with regularly spaced windows is surmounted by a tall, octagonal Romanesque tower with a pointed spire, flanked by trees rendered in fine detail on either side. The legend 'LEGNICA' is inscribed in capital letters along the upper right periphery of the field. The composition effectively conveys the architectural heritage of one of Lower Silesia's most historically significant cities.
