Reverse description The central device depicts a stylised military cross badge — the badge of the First Cadre Company — featuring a cross pattée with a circular central medallion bearing the Polish White Eagle. The arms of the cross are delineated by raised lines radiating from the central roundel, with the letter B visible at the base of the cross, referencing the company designation. The legend WYMARSZU PIERWSZEJ KOMPANII KADROWEJ arcs along the upper periphery, and 95. ROCZNICA (95th Anniversary) is inscribed along the lower periphery. The composition commemorates the march-out of the First Cadre Company on 6 August 1914, the pioneering unit of Józef Piłsudski's Polish Legions.
