| Descrizione del rovescio | A bold six-line Latin inscription occupying the central field commemorates the oath of allegiance sworn by the Lombard estates: LONGOBARD. / FIDES / SACRAMENTO / FIRMATA / DIE 25 IULII / 1781. An imperial crown surmounts the text at the top of the field, while a pair of crossed olive branches, tied at their junction, frames the lower portion of the inscription. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded border, with a reeded outer rim. The composition commemorates the formal confirmation of Lombard loyalty to Joseph II on 25 July 1781. |
