The central vignette shows a traditional Chinese temple complex set within a landscaped courtyard, flanked on either side by large numeral 2 vignettes within ornate frames. A romanised legend reading ZIBEIONUNG MIN INXANG runs along the top border, with RUAN and TUNS JYNI SUGRE below the central vignette, and the year 1940 at the bottom centre. Two manuscript signatures appear across the lower portion of the note. |
