Obverse description Central field displays three fleurs-de-lis arranged within a trilobe frame. A circular beaded or pelleted border encloses the central motif, with the lord's name legend running within the surrounding annular band. The lettering is rendered in uncial characters, consistent with Low Countries hammered coinage of the fifteenth century.
