Reverse description Central field occupied by a large, elaborately mantled six-fold quartered coat of arms, incorporating the heraldic devices of the various lordships held by John Martin I of Stolberg, including lions, checky patterns, and architectural charges. The shield is surmounted by multiple crested helms with their respective tinctures, rendered in bold relief in the German Renaissance manner. The mint-master's initials I-K appear flanking the base of the shield. The date 1660 is distributed in the field above the shield, with digits separated around the topmost helms. A Latin circular legend between the inner ring and the milled border records the ruler's additional lordship titles.
