A continuous Latin legend encircles the design reading DVX·BVRGVNDIAE·COMES·TIROLIS, identifying Ferdinand's titles as Duke of Burgundy and Count of Tyrol. The composition is executed in bold high relief consistent with the large-format double thaler coinage of the Hall mint. |
