| Obverse description | Armored and draped bust of Bogislaw XIV, Duke of Pomerania, facing right, wearing a ruffled collar and elaborately decorated cuirass. The effigy is rendered in high relief with considerable detail to the facial features, beard, and mantle. The bust is enclosed within a broad wreath of oak leaves forming a circular border around the entire field. The Latin titular legend runs continuously around the wreath border, separated by pellets and mullets as punctuation marks. |
