| Obverse description | Central field displays the crowned arms of Grand Master Ramon Despuig, surmounted by a large ornate crown. The shield bears the distinctive Despuig family device, with a fleur-de-lis at its apex dividing the denomination numerals 'T' and '2' on either side of the escutcheon. A continuous Latin legend encircles the design within a finely milled border, identifying the Grand Master and his office. |
