A ribbon beneath the shield bears the national motto in Latin script. The denomination '2 TALA' appears in the lower field, while the legend 'SAMOA · 2023' arcs across the upper field. The inscriptions '1 TROY OUNCE' and '999 FINE SILVER' flank the arms vertically on the left and right respectively. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded border. |
