A lily mintmark appears above the inscription. The lettering is boldly struck in a plain field with no border, typical of the crude hammered coinage of minor Dutch lordships in the early seventeenth century. |

The design is struck on a crudely shaped irregular flan with a plain, unbordered field, consistent with the hammered technique employed for this issue. |
