| Reverse description | Short floriated cross with a fleur-de-lis at its center, extending to four arms terminating in stylized floral motifs, set within a beaded inner circle. The quadrants formed by the cross arms are filled with decorative elements consistent with Burgundian minting tradition. The circular legend in Gothic uncial lettering runs between the inner beaded circle and the outer beaded border, and terminates with the distinctive Burgundian firesteel emblem (briquet), the badge of the Order of the Golden Fleece. |
