Obverse description Central design features a tall palm tree flanked by two llamas passant facing inward, all set within an open field. Nine five-pointed stars arc above the central device, separated by small ornaments. The peripheral legend REPUBLICA BOLIVIANA runs along the upper portion of the coin, while the lower field bears the mint mark PAZ, denomination 2S, assayer initial F, and date 1855, all separated by small dots.
