| Obverse description | Printed in green and red with a yellow underprint, the obverse bears an oval vignette at left enclosing a bust portrait of Gjergj Kastrioti (Skanderbeg) facing right, his name inscribed along the lower arc of the oval. The denomination appears centrally in both numeral and Albanian word form, the figure "2" set within a green circular guilloche cartouche, with the issuer's name in bold letterpress at the head of the note and a decorative border frame enclosing the full composition. Two manuscript signatures are positioned above the serial number. |
