Reverse description A flat-topped crowned heraldic shield at center bearing three passant lions stacked vertically, representing the arms of the city of Reval (Tallinn). The date '16-65' is divided and flanks the upper portion of the shield to left and right, while the denomination '2:' and mint initial 'R:' appear flanking the lower portion. Two palm or laurel branches curve outward from below the shield, framing the composition. The crown atop the shield is surmounted by a cross.
