背面描述	The reverse presents a large, finely detailed portrait bust of the Russian neurologist and psychiatrist Vladimir Mikhailovich Bekhterev facing slightly left, occupying the majority of the field and rendered with pronounced sculptural depth, highlighting his characteristic long beard and flowing hair. To the upper right, the birth and death years «1857» and «1927» are inscribed in two lines. In the lower right quadrant, a partially unfurled scroll is depicted bearing a schematic illustration of a human brain alongside a handwritten scientific inscription in cursive Cyrillic.
