| Reversbeschreibung | The reverse displays a finely engraved bust of an elk (Alces alces) in left profile, occupying the majority of the inner disc, with the animal's broad palmated antlers extending toward the upper field. Behind the elk's head, a stylized heraldic shield device is visible in the background, referencing the coat of arms context of the series. The legend • ЛОСЬ • appears at the top of the outer ring, with ЖЫВЁЛІНЫ НА ГЕРБАХ arcing along the left and ГАРАДОЎ БЕЛАРУСІ along the right, completing the series inscription denoting animals on the coats of arms of Belarusian cities. |

Belarus has issued a long-running wildlife series through its National Bank, and the elk — among the largest land mammals still found in Belarusian forests — is a recurring subject across multiple denominations and formats. The bimetallic circulation issue sits in a broader program that has expanded significantly since the 2016 currency redenomination, which replaced the old Belarusian ruble at a ratio of 10,000 to 1 and reset the coinage infrastructure almost entirely.
KM# 606 is a relatively recent addition to that redenominated series.
