背面描述	Right-facing laureate effigy of the deceased King Frederik VII, crowned with an oak wreath and depicted with wavy hair, moustache, and goatee, engraved in high relief by Ferdinand Krog in a commemorative funerary style. The legend FREDERIK VII arcs along the upper left, with DØD DEN 15 (Died the 15th) descending vertically on the left side. The inscription KONGE AF DANMARK (King of Denmark) curves along the upper right, and NOVEMBER 1863 descends along the lower right periphery. The denomination * 2 RIGSDALER * is inscribed along the lower rim, flanked by small star ornaments, with the engraver's initials F.K. visible below the truncation, all within a beaded border.
