| Obverse description | Grey-brown print on green and tan guilloche underprint, with the denomination numeral '2' in each corner within decorative frames and a geometric border running the full perimeter. The title 'Zwei Reichsmark' is inscribed in bold Fraktur script across the upper half, below which three lines of Fraktur text cite the legal authority of issue, followed by 'Hauptverwaltung der Reichskreditkassen' in two lines.
