| 背面描述 | Central design features a bold cross pattée dividing the field into four quadrants, each containing the alternating arms of Castile (castle) and León (lion), consistent with the standard reverse type of Spanish colonial cob coinage. The cross is rendered in the characteristic style of the Mexico City Mint under Felipe V, with flared terminals. Portions of the surrounding circular legend are visible along the periphery of the irregular flan. The overall strike and flan shape are typical of hand-hammered macuquina production of the early eighteenth century. |
