Reverse description The full Royal Arms of the United Kingdom occupies the centre of the field, the quartered shield bearing the lions of England, the lion of Scotland, and the harp of Ireland, surmounted by the Imperial Crown. The shield is flanked by the heraldic supporters: the crowned Lion of England to the left and the chained Unicorn of Scotland to the right, both rendered in bold relief against a finely engine-turned radial background. The Garter motto encircles the shield on a ribbon, while the motto DIEU ET MON DROIT appears on a scroll beneath the supporters, accompanied by the floral emblems of the United Kingdom — the rose, thistle, and shamrock — at the base. The divided date appears above the composition, and the bullion specification is inscribed along the lower border.
