Obverse description Intaglio-printed in blue on a fine guilloche underprint, the obverse carries an oval vignette at left with a bust portrait of José Rizal facing right, his name inscribed below. The denomination numeral '2' appears in ornate cartouches at each corner, with 'PHILIPPINES' and 'TWO PESOS' in bold letterpress across the centre. A circular blue Commonwealth of the Philippines seal appears at right, accompanied by two manuscript signatures of the President and Treasurer below the central text, and the 'VICTORY SERIES NO. 66' designation printed twice.

Reverse description The reverse is printed entirely in blue with an intricate guilloche pattern centred on a large rosette vignette, flanked by ornamental numeral '2' panels at each corner within scalloped frames. Over this blue intaglio design, a bold red overprint in three lines reads 'CENTRAL BANK / VICTORY / OF THE PHILIPPINES', and a large black overprint of 'VICTORY' is superimposed across the centre. The words 'TWO PESOS' appear at the top and bottom borders.
