| Beschrijving keerzijde | Printed entirely in blue, the reverse is dominated by a large central guilloche medallion enclosing the numeral 2, flanked symmetrically by crossed cannons and laurel branches rendered in fine intaglio line work. Hexagonal numeral-2 counters occupy the upper corners, with scallop-shaped numeral-2 cartouches at the lower corners, all set within an elaborate engine-turned border. The legend PHILIPPINE ISLANDS runs across the top with TREASURY CERTIFICATE inscribed on each side, and TWO PESOS appears in a bold panel at the bottom center. |
