| Obverse description | Plain paper ground with a decorative fleur-de-lis border running the full perimeter. The denomination TWO PESOS is printed in large bold letters at centre, flanked by the serial number repeated twice. A certification text above reads that the equivalent has been deposited in the Philippine National Bank, payable to bearer on demand. Signature lines for the Provincial Governor, Provincial Treasurer, Provincial Auditor, and Assistant Provincial Treasurer appear in the lower portion, with the note designation MOUNTAIN PROVINCE EMERGENCY NOTE in the upper band. |
