Opis awersu	The obverse presents a central intaglio vignette of the Monumento al Pueblo Puntano de la Independencia — a sculptural group with a standing figure, arms raised — rendered in blue against a multicolour guilloche underprint incorporating the provincial coat of arms. Large denomination numerals '2' are positioned at left and right, with the serial number in black above centre and facsimile signatures of two provincial officials below the vignette. Inscriptions include 'SAN LUIS', 'TITULO CONVERTIBLE', 'AL PORTADOR', and 'LEY N° 5338'.

Opis rewersu	The reverse carries two columns of dense legal text in Spanish outlining the terms of the first emission and guarantee provisions under Ley N° 5338, printed in black on a light background.
