Reverse description The central vignette presents an intaglio engraving of the facade of the Museo Mitre, the historic Buenos Aires house-museum preserving the former residence of Bartolomé Mitre, rendered in blue against a light guilloche underprint. To the right, an ornate orange guilloche wave frames a biographical inscription and two facsimile signature panels, above which the Argentine national coat of arms appears in the upper right corner. A decorative monogram cartouche reading 'BARTOLOME MITRE' is positioned at the lower centre-right, with the numeral '2' repeated on both lateral margins.
