Obverse description Black intaglio print over green and orange guilloche underprint, with bilingual text in Spanish and English throughout. A seated allegorical female figure appears at right, holding a branch, with the issuer's name across the top, the issuing location and date at upper right, and the face value rendered numerically in the lower left and both right corners, and in letters at lower center. Two black manuscript signatures with printed titles appear at the bottom, a single-letter series designation appears at center left and right, and five-digit red serial numbers are printed at lower left and right; a red diagonal "SPECIMEN" overprint cancels the signature area.
